Intres Tool Lite accounts and Intres Tool Pro 3 month Try-Outs are completely Free. You may upgrade your Free Lite account or Pro 3 month Try-Out to any of the Paid licenses.
Intres Tool Pro and Intres Tool Enterprise are paid accounts. Downgrading a Paid account into a Free Lite account is not allowed.
Billing interval can be 1 or 12 months. You can get 2 months Free by selecting interval of 12 months.
Intres Tool Lite accounts are Ongoing Services. There is no charge in using the service, and there is no need to renew the service.
When new account is created, Intres Tool Pro and Enterprise accounts are Limited Time Services by default. You can renew the service before the end of current paid up period. For your convenience - if you so wish - you can turn your Limited Time service into an Ongoing Service with recurring billing.
Paid Data Package is charged only once, no matter how long you use the account.
Using Data Package contents is allowed only in corresponding Intres Tool user account. The use of Paper Version of contents is allowed only while the user account is still active.
License grants rights to use the solution for a single organization, its stakeholders and clients.
If you want to cancel your Free or Paid account, please contact us by using the Contact Us form, by sending email or calling us via phone, and we will inactivate the account in a secure way.
If you have turned your Pro or Enterprise account into an Ongoing service, if you cancel before the end of your current paid up period, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
Cancelled accounts are subject to deletion - Lite accounts immediately or Paid Accounts after the current paid up period.
If any user is sending Spam from their Intres Tool account, their account will be terminated. Names and IP addresses of users who are involved in Spam or other illegal activities may be released to authorities.
Intres Tool is not responsible for problems relating to server reliability or problems with the network. Intres Tool is also not responsible of misuse of the software or any technical problem that may occur using Intres Tool.
