Manage Contacts Dynamically

Traditional form-based systems depend on email lists and do not have a provision for contact management.

The contact profile information of Intres Tool Professional is fully and dynamically changeable.

Update contacts directly from responder answer

Any information or respondent answer* can be made part of persistent data. If you place profiling questions into the conversation, you can allow the respondent to update his contact information during the course of the conversation. The information can be brought into contact services even afterwards. Contacts can be imported and added with multiple background information fields.

Collect detailed contacts from web feedback

General participation link allows also an open participation link to be set on for example company's www pages. The feature allows customer or conference participant to register in the service.

A contact can simultaneously belong to many groups. Contact groups are updated on-the-fly: the contacts are automatically moved within the groups depending on how they meet the criteria for the group.
