What’s the difference between the two versions, Lite and Pro?

Many are looking for traditional survey solutions, so we offer them Lite product

Intres Tool LITE is a traditional survey system. A survey is made, and results are analysed and publicized.

Let’s take the Reputation Radar solution as an example. In Reputation Radar, there are three (3) different conversations, each of them with slightly different contents – even by matrix item - and by time and in continuous use, their contents may separate more and more, but some overlapping parts continue to exist or can be added.

What makes Intres Tool Professional accounts so special?

You can combine all feedback channels as a single entity, even though they were directed toward different respondent groups as different versions and at different times, crossing the borderlines of individual reviews evaluations and conversations. You’re no more bound to isolated “surveys”.

No matter how much the contents as a whole changes by time, the old results are still comparable.

Intres Tool Pro solves one the biggest problems of information needs in companies: traditionally, surveys are made, but their data is not really usable in the long run.

But by bringing Pro version to the fore we’ve gone back to natural way of information processing.

For millenniums, people have been chatting with each other, talking, speaking, discussing, lecturing, basing their conclusions on whole entities. Like consultants still do. But then came paper survey forms. Computers changed nothing. Paper forms were processed in computers. Internet changed nothing. 1990’s they started to respond in online surveys by themselves, which basically are the same isolated surveys used for 100 year, just taking use of the computer. Paper forms were responded via internet!

We’ve gone back to basics. We’ve gone back to here all started: natural way of processing information.

We believe that Intres Tool Pro system architecture is already much now like we humans process information – our scope of understanding and memory is not bound to some isolated survey form, but we can draw together all our feedback channels.

We need to look far enough - hundreds of years, always - they way how people before were not bound to isolated surveys in their interactions and the process of making conclusions.

Internet is a medium that takes in all past mediums - but we’re not taking in the survey forms of 1980’s, but we’re using internet to take in the OLDEST medium - the natural way of information processing.

Intres Tool folder structure has been upgraded. Now the same folder structure is used for saving all items - Conversations, Reports, or shared Questions* in the account.

Knowledge Base* has been renamed as (shared) Questions. The new, simplified term well describes the key role of question sharing in Intres Tool service. The basic components of the system are now called Conversations, Reports and Questions.

Pricing strategies (2005)

We intend to build better information about our customers so that we can design better personalized products and our products and services will be highly tailored to meet client’s needs and great pricing flexibilities shall be maintained.

We have recently created an Intres Tool account for our own Intres Tool Customer Service.

Our website’s Contact Form is created using Intres Tool WEB data package. The contact form is integrated with our promotional web pages and the support section of the Tool so that website visitors can contact us or Request for Support & Help.

Our promotional site www.intrestool.com has started to attract more and more visitors. Its contents seem to interest so many! We’d like to know experience we deliver to our Website visitors and even allow them to register themselves for further interactions – so we’ve started using the Pro version of the conversation Website visitor experience.

To welcome the new registered users of Intres Tool, we’ve created a new welcome conversation Thank you for Choosing Intres Tool – How Can We Help You? This proactive conversation offers help & assistance to all new registered users to help them reach their business goals with Intres Tool.

Intres Tool provides excellent data packages for Customer Experience. Because we believe the Customer Experience really starts at home – you must practice what you teach - we have started to apply our newest TCeM/TEEMS based Tool – The Reputation Radar – to ourselves in a larger extent, to measure our image and the experiences we are able to deliver as a company through our services and solutions.

The solutions we have selected in our customer service account have shown the possibilities of Intres Tool Data Packages with CRM. With the rapid development in our contents solutions, a new selection of Data Packages – Customer Service Data Packages with Customer Experience, Reputation Radar & CRM - will later be made available for businesses, public organizations and educational institutes.

Product Development Plan (2005)

Currently we do have a fully functional survey tool that is only a platform and not yet a product that can be offered. The next stage is to bundle on this platform several different services that will make it a truly complete business solution including all other aspects of user-ability issues and customer service interface. So the productisation process is still unfinished! The following needs to be made:

  • Building external website
  • The enhancements of the authorization and security system and users managing system
  • To make survey processes upgrade
  • To enhance the statistics manager
  • To include multilingual switcher
  • To build a Help system
  • The creation and differentiation of Products (sthesis, qCourse, IR Pro, CA, MCA, TCA, NCA, HRM, Demo). Each of these tools will be built on Intres research tool platform and are products differentiated by contents and special functional parameters. These differentiated tools will be defined by special questions structures build on standard survey templates.

Marketing communication (2005)

Various methods will be used such as, product promotions that will attract visitors to our website, easy on-web product information, interactive demo presentation, bulletin ads, personal selling and customer registry.

We will balance E-commerce activities with f-commerce. That is, the fulfilment of services that cannot be downloaded from the webpage. Such as the organisation of pre-sales info sessions and personal guidance on how to use Intres tools and what it can to do for them.

Therefore, experiential marketing will be emphasized to allow customer’s to experiment with our products in order to enhance perception on the value of using our products and services.

We will build strong image and relationship with customers that we will be the most valued partner and we tend to be very visible.

We will maintain presence in the market and in the professional and expert environments related to our key business and customer’s business areas.
